Check the Status of an Expense Report

If you have the employee expense approvals workflow enabled, you can check the status of an expense report after it is submitted.

To check the status of an expense report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Expense Report.
  2. Use the search field at the top of the Expense Report form to search for and select the expense report that you want to review.
    In the search field drop-down list, the status of the expense report is displayed on the right side of the record item.
  3. On the Actions bar, click Other Actions > Show Approvals Timeline.
