Approve an Expense Report

If the expense approvals workflow is enabled, you can approve an expense report. When you finish, the expense report is automatically sent to the next step in the approval workflow.

The Approve option is available on the Expense Report form if you have the appropriate rights to perform an approval based on the approvals workflow.

To approve an expense report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Expense Report.
  2. Use the search field at the top of the Expense Report form to search for and select the expense report that you want to review. You can use the All Pending Approval search filter to find and open the expense report.
  3. Review the expense report.
  4. On the Actions bar, click Approve.
  5. On the Approve dialog box, enter a comment and click Approve.
