Log In Assistance Dialog Box

If you forget your Vantagepoint User ID, you can retrieve it. If you forget your password, you can reset it. You can do both on the Log In Assistance dialog box.

You might also need login assistance in the following situations:

Use this option In these situations
Forgot User ID
  • An invalid email address was provided.
  • The email address is not associated with an employee.
  • The email address is associated with multiple employees.
  • The employee is not an enabled user.
Forgot Password
  • Windows Authentication is enabled and the password cannot be reset.
  • The user account is disabled or inactive.
  • The employee is not associated with a user.
  • The employee is not active.
  • The employee record does not have an email address.

Supported browsers: Vantagepoint supports the latest version of browsers such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.
