Sort the Expense Reports by Status

The expense report status indicates the current stage of an expense report in the approval workflow. You can sort the list of expense reports displayed via the search field by this status, such as In Progress or Approved.

To sort expense reports by status:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Expense Report.
  2. On the Expense Report form, open the left drop-down menu of the search field.
    The drop-down menu displays each status (All In Progress, All Submitted, and All Pending Approval) and the number of expense reports for each .
  3. Select a status option by which to sort the expense reports.
