Specify the Data that You Want to Display on the Financials Tab of the Project Review Form

You have a number of options for specifying the data that you want to see on the Financials tab of the Project Review form.

To specify the data that you want to display on the Financials tab of the Project Review form:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects > Project Review.
  2. Select the project for which you want to view data.
  3. On the Financials tab, click Financial Options to do the following:
    • Set the date used for job-to-date (JTD) and estimate-to-complete (ETC) calculations.
    • Select options for including overhead.
    • Indicate if you want to include unposted time or committed purchase order expense.
    • Exclude types of expenses or consultant fees (for example, exclude reimbursable expenses and consultants).
  4. In Show, indicate if you want to view billing amounts or cost amounts.
  5. Click next to the upper-right corner of the grid to display the Grid Settings dialog box and select the columns that you want to display in the grid.
