Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Edit Text Properties Pane

Display this pane in Custom Proposals.

Prerequisite: In the Navigation pane, select Proposals > Custom Proposals and then create a new proposal or open an existing proposal.

  1. Complete one of the following actions on the Custom Proposals form:
    • Select General Elements and drag the Text Box to the appropriate location on the proposal.
    • Select the Record and drag it to the appropriate location on the proposal. Then drag the Text Box to a location inside the record on the proposal.

    The text box automatically opens.

  2. Click once in the text box to open the Edit Properties pane.
