Retrieve a Forgotten User ID

If you forget your user ID, you can retrieve it from the login page.

Prerequisite: This procedure requires that your employee information includes an email address.

To retrieve a forgotten user ID:

  1. Use your Vantagepoint URL to display the login page.

    Supported browsers: Vantagepoint supports the latest version of browsers such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.

  2. Click Forgot your password or user ID?.
  3. On the Log In Assistance dialog box, select I forgot my user ID.
  4. In Email, enter the email address that is associated with your employee information.
  5. Click Send.
    • If the email address that you entered is associated with a single valid user ID, an email message with the user ID is sent to that address.
    • If the email address that you entered is not associated with a valid user ID, or is associated with more than one user ID, an error message displays. Click OK to return to the login page and then contact your system administrator for assistance.
