Timesheet Lines Grid of the Approval Center form
Use the Timesheet Lines grid to perform approval workflow tasks for timesheet lines. You can reorder the columns already displayed in the grid by dragging the column header to a new location.

Workflow State |
This column displays the state of the record based on the approvals workflow. The possible workflow states are:

To display records that have been completed, turn on the Show Completed Approvals toggle on the grid toolbar. |

Step |
This column displays the step number of the record based on the workflow configuration. |
||||||||
Employee Name |
This column displays the name of the employee for the associated record. |
||||||||
Project Name | This column displays the name of the project for the timesheet line. | ||||||||
Phase Name | This column displays the name of the phase for the timesheet line. | ||||||||
Task Name | This column displays the name of the task for the timesheet line. | ||||||||
Date | This column displays the date when the timesheet line was created. | ||||||||
Regular Hours | This column displays the number of regular hours entered for the line item. | ||||||||
Overtime Hours | This column displays the number of overtime hours entered for the line item. This field is not available if overtime is not used. | ||||||||
Overtime-2 Hours | This column displays the number of secondary overtime hours entered for the period.
This column is available only if you set Enable Secondary Overtime to Yes in . |

Comment | This column displays any comments entered for the line item. | ||||||||
Labor Code | This column displays the labor code associated with the line item. | ||||||||
Labor Category | This column displays the labor category associated with the line item. | ||||||||
Company Name |
This column displays the company associated with the request. |

Employee |
This column displays the employee number of the employee who is associated with the request. |

Phase | This column displays the phase number associated with the line item. | ||||||||
Project | This column displays the project number associated with the line item. | ||||||||
Task | This column displays the task number associated with the line item. | ||||||||
Timesheet Group | This column displays the timesheet group that the employee for the line item can access. If your firm uses multiple companies, the groups that display depend on the selected company. | ||||||||
Status | This column displays the status of the timesheet line: Submitted, Approved, Rejected, and In Progress.
To display timesheet lines that have a Posted status, turn on the Show Completed Approvals toggle on the grid toolbar. |
