Contents of the Approval Timeline Dialog Box

Review the options that you use when you check the progress of a record in the approval process.

Field Description
Header Summary information about the record is displayed at the top of the dialog box. The fields that display depend on the selected record type. For example, if you selected Timesheets or Timesheet Lines, you see regular hours and overtime hours.

Absence Requests

The following fields display absence requests information:

Field Description
Employee This field displays the name of the employee who made the absence request.
First Request Date This field displays the start date of the absence request.
Last Request Date This field displays the end date of the absence request.
Hours This field displays the total number of hours accumulated at the end date of the absence request.

Expense Lines

The following fields display expense line information:

Field Description
Employee This field displays the name of the employee associated with the expense line.
Date This field displays the date when the expense line was created.
Amount This field displays the amount of the expense line. The currency displayed with the amount is based on the currency of the employee's home company.
Project This field displays the name of the project associated with the expense line.
Phase This field displays the name of the phase associated with the expense line.
Task This field displays the name of the task associated with the expense line.

Expense Reports

The following fields display expense report information:

Field Description
Employee/Team Member This field displays the name of the employee who submitted the expense report.
Expense Report This field displays the name of the expense report.
Date This field displays the date when the expense report was created.
Total Due This field displays the total amount due, which your firm owes to the employee for the expenses included on the expense report.

Timesheets

The following fields display timesheet information:

Field Description
Employee This field displays the name of the employee who submitted the timesheet.
Period Ending This field displays the time period end date of the timesheet.
Regular Hours This field displays the total number of regular hours entered for the period.
Overtime Hours This field displays the total number of overtime hours entered for the period.
Overtime-2 Hours This field displays the total number of secondary overtime hours entered for the period.

Timesheet Lines

The following fields display timesheet lines information:

Field Description
Employee This field displays the name of the employee associated with the timesheet line.
Date This field displays the date when the timesheet line was created.
Regular Hours This field displays the total number of regular hours entered for the line item.
Overtime Hours This field displays the total number of overtime hours entered for the line item.
Overtime-2 Hours This field displays the total number of secondary overtime hours entered for the line item.
