Use this dialog box to view employee absence requests on a calendar.

Absence Type | Use this field to filter the absence type to view. Possible types are:

Displays the month to view. Use the left and right arrows to view different months. | ||||||||||||
Employee Name | This column displays the names of employees who have absence requests in the selected month. You can click a name to view an info bubble that shows the current sick leave and vacation hours for the employee. | ||||||||||||
Calendar | The absence requests are highlighted on the calendar days. The key beneath the calendar indicates the color coding values. | ||||||||||||
Close | Click this button to close the dialog box. | ||||||||||||
