These are items that are currently awaiting approval, and items that have been approved or rejected in the last eight days. Approvals Dashpart The Approvals dashpart displays a list of your current approval requests, including documents, leave requests, and timesheet approvals. Baskets Dashpart The Baskets dashpart displays a list of your current document baskets. This includes baskets that have been shared with you. Campaigns Dashpart The Campaigns dashpart displays all campaigns for which you have been added to as a contact. You can click a campaign to view it. Contract Management Dashpart The Contract Management dashpart displays a list of all current contract management items that are assigned to you, and grouped by projects that you are linked to. The current status is displayed for each item. Document Required by Dates Dashpart The Document Required by Dates dashpart displays a list of overdue and upcoming project controlled documents in the DLM for all projects that you are associated with. You can filter the results by date, entity and organization. To view a project for a particular document, click the project name in the Entity column. Enquiries Dashpart The Enquiries dashpart displays all active enquiries that you are listed as a contact. Favorites Dashpart The Favorites dashpart displays all of the records that you have added as favorites, such as contacts, organizations, projects, enquiries, and so on. Hard Copy Scanner Dashpart The Hard Copy Scanner dashpart displays a list of all incoming scanned documents and faxes that have been routed to you. Each item displays the originating address of the scanner or fax machine, the subject, and the date that you received it. Internal Phone List Dashpart The Internal Phone List dashpart displays a list of all people within your organization, along with their contact details. Invoices To Be Issued Dashpart The Invoices To Be Issued dashpart displays a list of all outstanding invoices and applications for projects that you are associated with. You can choose to view all projects, or live projects only. Local File Management Dashpart The Local File Management dashpart allows you to easily manage your files in the DMS. Using this dashpart, you can publish files, check files in, undo file check-outs, add files to your local working files folder, remove files, and create new documents from templates. Milestones (Events) Dashpart The Milestones (Events) dashpart displays any immediately upcoming and overdue milestone events within a project's lifecycle. Milestones are usually associated with projects and enquiries, but they can also be associated with other entity record types. Overdue Timesheets Dashpart The Overdue Timesheets dashpart displays a list of all internal contacts that have overdue timesheets. It displays when their timesheet was due, and how many days overdue it is. You can click a contact to view their contact record. Resourcing Dashpart The Resourcing dashpart displays your resource allocations over a specified date range for the projects you are working on. This helps you to keep track of what you are forecasted to work on. Saved Searches Dashpart The Saved Searches dashpart displays any searches that you have saved, such as document, project, enquiry, organization searches. Subscriptions Dashpart The Subscriptions dashpart displays any subscriptions to document pools that have had one or more updates to documents. This includes document pools that you have subscribed to yourself, and document pools that you are automatically subscribed to as part of your roles. Timesheets Dashpart The Timesheets dashpart provides access to your timesheets. You can view previously submitted timesheets, and edit any unsubmitted timesheets. If you are a line manager, you can also view and edit the timesheets of your direct reports.
