You can search for contract management data that has been exported to SQL using the SQL Export Utility. When you search for contract management data, you can specify one or more search criteria to limit your search.
To use the advanced search to find exported contact management data:

On the header bar, click
Activity Zone.

In the
Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter
Search Items.

Click the
Search Items link that displays.

On the search window, enter your search criteria in the Search pane on the left.
- Optional:
On the search toolbar, click
Add 'Or' Search to add an OR search.
When you add an OR search, the system returns results that match both sets of criteria. This is useful if you want to search for records using multiple values for selected fields. For example, you can search for records that have different statuses, or linked to different projects.

Click
Run Search.

In the search results that display, you can do any of the following:
- To modify the search results output, click
Edit Output. You can add and remove columns, and sort and group the results by one or more fields. For information, see Edit the Search Output.
- To create an Excel report from the search results, click
Excel Report.
- To save the search so that you can quickly run it again in future sessions, click
Save Search.
