Universal Document Control Project Matching

When you map document folders from an unmanaged source to projects, the system attempts to suggest projects to map individual folders to. For each folder, a rating of 1 to 4 is provided for the suggested project, with 4 being the best match.

The following criteria is used to provide ratings for suggested projects to map to:

Rating	Logic
4	Both the project code and the project name are present in the folder name, or the folder name is the actual project code
3	The project code is present in the folder name, or the folder name is the same as the project name
2	The entire folder name is present in the project name, and the project name starts with the name of the folder
1	The entire folder name is present in the project name
