Search for Organizations

You can search for organizations using one or more search fields.

To search for organizations:

1. On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
2. Do one of the following:
   • To search for internal organizations, enter Search Internal Organizations in the Search Activity Zone field at the top.
   • To search for external organizations, enter Search Organizations in the Search Activity Zone field at the top.
3. Click the respective link that displays.
4. On the search window, enter your search criteria in the Search pane on the left.
5. Optional: On the search toolbar, click Add 'Or' Search to add an OR search.
   When you add an OR search, the system returns results that match both sets of criteria. This is useful if you want to search for records using multiple values for selected fields. For example, you can search for records that have different statuses, or linked to different projects.
6. Click Run Search.
7. Optional: Click the name of the organization to view the details.

You can also use the Quick Find Organizations link under Organizations in the Activity Zone. This option allows you to search for both internal and external organizations by title.
