Revert a Completed Contract Item

You can revert a completed contract item back to the response stage. This is used when you want to allow recipients to add additional responses. When you revert a contract item, all recipients are notified that the item is open again for responses.

To revert a contract item:

  1. Navigate to the project.
    You can search for projects using the Search Projects link in the Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab on your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone.
  2. Click the Contract Management tab.
    If the Contract Management tab is not visible on the header band, click more to display additional menu items.
  3. From the Status list, select Completed.
  4. Click Search to display a list of all completed items for the project.
  5. In the Subject column, click for the item that you want to revert.
  6. On the options screen that displays, click Revert (Reply).
  7. On the Revert to Reply Stage screen, click Confirm Revert.
