Resend Requests for a Contract Item

You can resend notification requests to recipients assigned to a contract item. For example, this is useful if an item is overdue, and you want to remind one or more recipients to respond.

You must be the creator of an item that you want to resend a request for, or a designated approver or completor for the item type.

To resend requests for a contract item:

  1. Navigate to the Personal Zone
  2. On the Contract Management dashpart, click to expand the project.
    If the Contract Management dashpart is not displayed, click to add it.
  3. Click for the item that you want to action.
  4. On the item details page, click .
  5. On the Resend Emails screen, select each recipient that you want to resend the request to.
  6. Click Send.
