Replace an Expense Receipt

You can replace an existing expense receipt that is linked to an expense line within a timesheet. This also creates a new version of the receipt document in the PIM DMS.

To replace an expense receipt:

  1. Navigate to the Personal Zone.
  2. On the Timesheets dashpart, click against the timesheet that you want to open.
    Use the From and To fields to change the date range to display timesheets for, if required. If the Timesheets dashpart is not displayed, click to add it.
  3. On the bottom of the timesheet form, click to display the Expenses panel.
  4. Click on the expense line for which you want to replace the expense receipt document for.
  5. On the Replace Document window, click Choose a File.
  6. On the Windows file selection dialog box, select the receipt document, and click Open.
  7. Optional: To update the title and properties of the document in the PIM DMS, do any of the following:
    • To replace the existing document title with the title of the new document, click Set as Title. Alternatively, you can use the New Title field to manually enter a new title.
    • To update the location and details, click to open the Edit Properties dialog box. Modify the properties and details, as required, and click Finish.
  8. Click Replace.
