Remove an Organization

You can remove an organization from your company's absence scheme to disable all absence data for all contacts within the organization. If you re-add an organization at a later date, all previous entitlements and bookings are reinstated.

To remove an organization:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. On the sidebar, click Absence, and then click the Contacts and Organizations link.
  3. On the Manage Contacts and Organizations screen, click for the organization that you want to remove.
  4. Click OK to confirm.
