Generate the User License Report

The User License report presents information about all users in the system, including their allocated licenses and assigned roles.

To generate the User License report:

1. On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter User License.
3. Click the User License link that displays.
   The User List report displays as a PDF in a new tab or window.
4. Optional: Do either of the following:
   • Click to save the report as a PDF.
   • Click to print the report.
