Export the List of Document Suggestions to Excel

To help you to manage the document suggestions that are available to users in the Information Zone, you can export the list of document suggestions to Excel.

To export the list of document suggestions to Excel:

1. On the header bar, click Admin.
2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter DMS Suggestions.
3. Click the DMS Suggestions link that displays.
4. Click .
5. On the save dialog, navigate to the folder where you want to save the Excel report to, and click Save.
