Edit the Properties of a Document

You can edit the associated document pools and details of a document.

You must be the owner of the document, or have the required permission rights.

To edit the properties of a document:

  1. Navigate to the Information Zone, or the Documents tab on an entity record.
  2. Search for the document.
    For information, see Searching for Documents.
  3. Click > Edit document properties.
  4. Optional: On the Edit Properties window, make any updates to the associated document pools and attributes, if required.
  5. Optional: Click Next to proceed through the wizard to update the document details, email recipients, and assigned actions.
  6. When you are ready to save your changes, click Finish.
