Edit a Contact on a Project

You edit a contact to update their role details on a project, such as whether they are a key or active contact, and what roles they have.

To edit a contact on a project:

  1. Navigate to the project.
    You can search for projects using the Search Projects link in the Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab on your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To edit an internal contact, in the Internal Contacts band, click for the contact that you want to modify.
    • To edit an external contact, in the Organizations and Contacts band, click > Edit Roles for the contact that you want to modify.
  3. On the Edit Contact window, modify any of the contact's role details, as required.
  4. Click Save.
