Download a Document

You can download a copy of a document to your PC to view it offline, print it, or share it with colleagues.

To download a document:

  1. Navigate to the Information Zone.
    If Smart View is not enabled, use the Smart View slider to toggle it on.
  2. Search for the document.
    For information, see Searching for Documents.
  3. Click > Download document.
    Depending on your browser settings, the document is either downloaded to your default download folder, or you are prompted to choose a download location.
