Delete a Category

You can delete an absence category if has not been used by any employee to book absence against.

To delete a category:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Adjustment Types Management.
  3. Click the Adjustment Types Management link that displays.
  4. On the Categories tab, click for the absence category that you want to delete.
    If the icon is grayed out, it means that you cannot delete the category. In this case, you can select the Obsolete check box to prevent employees from booking further absence against the category.
  5. Click .
