Manage User Role Access to Project Milestone Functions

You use the User Role Milestone Security table to grant access to milestone functions for selected user roles. When you grant a user role with access to a milestone function, all users with the role have access to it within their projects.

To manage user role access to project milestones functions:

1. On the header bar, click Admin.
2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Milestone User Role Security.
3. Click the Milestone User Role Security link that displays.
4. In the User Role Milestone Security grid, do the following for a given role:
   • Enter 1 in a cell to grant the user role with access to a milestone function.
   • Clear a cell to remove the user role's access to a milestone function.
5. Click to save the changes.
