Manage Contact Role Access to Project Milestone Functions

You use the Contact Role Milestone Security table to grant access to milestone functions for selected contact roles. When you grant a contact role with access to a milestone function, all users with the contact role have access to it within their projects.

To manage contact role access to project milestone functions:

1. On the header bar, click Admin.
2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Milestone Contact Role Security.
3. Click the Milestone Contact Role Security link that displays.
4. In the Contact Role Milestone Security grid, do the following for a given role:
   • Enter 1 in a cell to grant the contact role with access to a milestone function.
   • Clear a cell to remove the contact role's access to a milestone function.
5. Click to save the changes.
