Copy External Organizations to a Project

To save time, you can copy external organizations from an existing campaign, project, team, tenure, opportunity, enquiry, property, tender, or community.

To copy external organizations to a project:

1. Navigate to the project.
   You can search for projects using the Search Projects link in the Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab on your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone.
2. In the Organizations and Contacts band, click Copy Organizations.
3. On the Copy Organizations window, use the first list to select the record type that you want to copy organizations from.
4. In the Filter Entity Name field, enter the name of the record. When the name of the record appears, click it to select it.
5. In the list of organizations that displays, select each organization that you want to copy.
6. Click Copy Organizations.
