Add Files to Your Working Files Folder via Windows File Explorer

You can quickly add files to your working files folder directly from Windows File Explorer.

The Local File Management component must be installed and running on your PC.

To add files to your working files folder via Windows File Explorer:

  1. In Windows File Explorer, right-click a file and choose Move to Deltek PIM - LFM.
    You can press and hold the CTRL key to select multiple files to add to your working files folder.
    Note: Due to limitations imposed by Microsoft, you can only add a maximum of 15 files at a time.

Alternatively, you can open your local folder directly in Windows File Explorer. To open your local folder, right-click in your system tray, and choose Local File Management Folder. When the local folder is open, you can then cut/copy and paste files into it.
