Definitions of Accrual Scheme Fields

Use these fields to add and edit absence notification groups.

Field	Description
Name	Enter the name for the accrual scheme. You should use a name that clearly represents the type of scheme. For example, Accrued Daily or Accrued Hourly.
Amount	Enter the amount of hours or days to add to users' accrued entitlement at the specified interval and frequency.
Unit	Select the unit of time (hours or days) to add to employees' accrued entitlement for the specified amount.
Interval	Enter the time interval when the system adds the specified amount to employees' accrued entitlement at the selected frequency. For example, if you enter a value of 1, and the frequency is set to Day, then the specified amount is added to employees' accrued entitlement once for each working day.
Frequency	Select to add the specified amount to employees' accrued entitlement on a daily or monthly basis.
Entitlement Source	Select the entitlement source to add allowance to. You can only select an accrued-based entitlement source.
