Add a Tag to a Conversation

You can add one or more tags to a conversation to categorize it.

To add a tag to a conversation:

1. Navigate to the Conversations tab of the desired space.
2. Click for the conversation you want to add a tag to.
3. In the tag manager window, click for each tag you want to add. Tags that are already assigned to the conversation appear at the bottom of the list with a .
4. Click outside the tag manager window to finish. Alternatively, you can manage tags for a conversation on the Search page. After conducting a search, click > Manage Tags to display the tag manager window for the conversation.
