Manage Conversation Tags

You group and categorize similar conversations by adding space tags. Members of a space can then filter conversations in a space by selecting tags.

Tagging conversations and documents allows you to group similar content. Any user of a space can add tags to conversations and documents. When content is tagged, users can quickly find related content by selecting one or more filter tags.

Tags can be added to conversations from the Conversations tab of a space, and after conducting a search.
