Add Documents

You can upload project documents from your PC to document folders within a space, and share them with other members. You can also add links to documents in a cloud account.

You can upload project documents from your PC to share with other members of a space. All file types are supported, including Microsoft Office documents, images, videos, and PDFs. Note that certain file types might be restricted on particular folders. If your organization uses Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box to manage documents, you can add links to these documents. Since cloud-based documents are stored and managed in the cloud, members must edit the documents through the respective cloud service. Access to documents is governed by group access rights on the containing folders.
