Removing and Restoring Documents

Learn about removing and restoring documents in project folders.

You can remove a document within a controlled space if you are the owner of the folder from which you want to remove a document from. Alternatively, space owners can remove any document from any folder. Removing a document does not delete it. Instead, the document, and all its revisions, are moved to the Removed Documents folder for the space. An owner of a space can restore any documents that have been removed, including all previous revisions, back to the original folder. If the original folder does not exist, documents are restored to the root folder.
