Percent Roll Up on the Manage Projects Widget

On the Manage Projects task widget, you can roll-up percentages on phases or on both phases and resources.When selected, the % complete contract value will be added and divided by the total contract value of the phase, similar to the behavior in the Project Command Center.

Before you begin

• Ensure you have the Enable "% Rollup" button option selected in the widget properties.

To Roll Percents on the Manage Projects Widget

1. On your dashboard, navigate to your Manage Projects widget.
2. Click the % Rollup button the widget toolbar.
3. Select a level to perform the percent (%) rollup from:

• Sum Phases
• Sum Phases & Resources

4. Click Done.
