Unable to Log In with Single Sign-On Using Microsoft Entra ID

This is applicable to on-premise clients only.

In the event that a user loses their connection to Microsoft Entra ID or locks themselves out, you can disable Windows Authentication in Ajera Server Administrator.

To disable Windows Authentication in Ajera Server Administrator

  1. From your local Ajera installation folder, select Ajera Server Administrator.
  2. From the Tasks drop down menu, select Disable Windows Authentication Login Only.
  3. Click OK to confirm you want to disable Windows Authentication Login.
