Use this System Variable to specify whether or not to allow moving hours from a billable job to a non-billable job.
This System Variable is a part of the Time Entry grouping. For more information about this grouping, see KBA #106100.
When this System Variable is enabled, administrators can move hours from a billable job to a non-billable job.
You can find the billable indicator on a job in .
This System Variable is disabled by default.
