Change a Forgotten Password

The guide below describes how to change your forgotten password in the Unionpoint Integration Platform.

Note: To change your current password, see Change Current Password.

To change a forgotten Unionpoint password:

  1. From the Log In page, click Forgot Password.
    The Forgotten Password page displays.
  2. Enter the email address used in your Unionpoint account.
  3. Click Submit.
    A notification displays in the upper left-hand corner confirming a reset email has been sent.
  4. From the password reset email, click Reset Password.
    The Reset Password screen displays.
    Note: The link is only available for 24 hours.
  5. Enter your email address.
  6. Enter and confirm a secure New Password.
  7. Enter your Authenticator Code.
    When changing passwords, you will still use the same Multi-Factor Authentication you previously set up for Unionpoint when you activated your account.
  8. Click Update.
    You may now log in using your new password.
