Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Assemblies or Divisions with Versions or Imports (Element Library)

As a member of the office master access group, turn on the Office Masters toggle to only display the Assemblies and Divisions that contain MasterSpec, Office Master, or SpecText versions, or imports in the element library.

Turn off to view all Assemblies and Divisions in the element library.

To view Assemblies or Divisions in the element library:

  1. Open the element library.
  2. On the action bar of the element library, click Office Masters.
