  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Accessing Development Tools

Note: This applies to DFME Flex Customers only.

Customers who have purchased the Flex add-on are able to develop custom content directly in an always-on development environment.

For Custom Report and Custom Universe development access to Business Objects tools is provided through Citrix. The following Business Objects tools are available:
  • Web Intelligence Rich Client
  • Information Design Tool (IDT)
  • Universe Designer
  • Translation Management

For Custom layout development the Maconomy Extender is required. The Maconomy Extender can be installed locally on your machine and connected to the Development environment using SSH.
