Jobs

Tasks – Booked Resources – Updating Resource Booking Resets View to Top of Grid

  • Description: When you updated a resource booking, WorkBook reset the view to the top of the grid.
Tasks – New Tasks on Jobs do not Default to Billable even when Job is Billable
  • Deltek Tracking No. 1746123
  • Description: When you created a task under a job that is billable, the task was marked as not billable by default, even if the job is marked as billable.

Resources

Employees – Cannot Disable an Employee with Open Booked Tasks
  • Deltek Tracking No. 1742478
  • Description: When you disabled an employee who had existing open booked tasks, an error was displayed.

Scheduling

Group Scheduling Resource (GSR) – Total Capacity for GSR User is not Updated
  • Deltek Tracking No. 1742479
  • Description: Group Scheduling Resources were not automatically updated in certain situations for some clients.
Task Schedule – Rescheduling Tasks Causes Exception
  • Deltek Tracking No. 1742476
  • Description: When you rescheduled a task, an unauthorized error message was displayed.
Task Schedule – Subgrid Booking Changes do not Trigger Total Updates
  • Deltek Tracking No. 1742481
  • Description: When you updated resource bookings in a row under the booked resources subgrid, the total bookings were not updated accurately.
