Finance & Administration
Vouchers – Cannot Move Vouchers that do not have Finance Accounts between Jobs
- Deltek Tracking No. 1583114
- Description: When you tried to move a voucher that did not have a Finance account to a job where the Expenditure account was not set to Needed, WorkBook blocked the move operation.
General
Error when Accessing WorkBook through Browser on Mobile Device
- Deltek Tracking No. 1583104
- Description: When you accessed WorkBook in a browser on a mobile device, you encountered an error when you logged in. This error was encountered beginning with version 13.0.
- Additional Notes: This error only occurred when you accessed WorkBook in a browser on a mobile device. It did not occur when you used the WorkBook mobile app.
License – Incorrect Subscription Expiration Date
- Deltek Tracking No. 1593714
- Description: If multiple application instances were running on the system, it did not automatically update license values. As a result, only one server got the valid license. If any users then encountered a server other than that one, they were logged out.
Jobs
Price Quote (PQ) – Lines – System Issue Error
- Deltek Tracking No. 1591007
- Description: When you edited a PQ line and saved, an error occurred.
Tasks – Cannot Book New Employee because of Missing Capacity Profile
- Deltek Tracking No. 1594421
- Description: You could not book employees if they did not have capacity profiles at the start of the task period.
- Workaround before Fix: Add a new task on the job and book the employee there.
Resources
Absence Reports – Report 173 (Holiday Yearly Overview) and Report 188 (Holiday Specification – Year) – Danish Holiday Act – Only Absences from Current Holiday Period are Displayed
- Deltek Tracking No. 1592556
- Description: When you ran Reports 173 or 188 on a company that uses Danish Holiday Act, and two holiday periods overlapped on the period, only absences from the current holiday period were displayed.
- Workaround before Fix: Block the vacation year or transfer unused vacation.
- Additional Notes: Added the Danish Holiday Act: Base Holiday Period on Vacation Year option to allow for previous behavior, if only one holiday period is expected.
Tasks
Add Task – Cannot Delete Costing Code when Company Variable is Set to 2
- Deltek Tracking No. 1594416
- Description: On the create task and ticket dialogs, you could select a costing code but not remove it again, if Company Variable was set to 2 (Required on Jobs, Optional on Tasks).
- Workaround before Fix: Close the dialog and reopen it or remove the costing code after creating the task or ticket.
