Creditors - Creditor Invoices - Voucher Preview was Displaying a Black Page

Description: When you downloaded or previewed a voucher attachment that was stamped, and whose file size was larger than when it was uploaded, a black page might be displayed.
Customers Impacted: Customers on version 13.1 who stamp their voucher files.
Workaround before Fix: Set System Variable 950 to 1.

Creditors - Creditor Invoices - Patching Job Caused a Deadlock in #C

Deltek Tracking No. 1570316
Description: When you attempted to update or change the job dimension on the detail line of a creditor invoice, it would go into a deadlock, which prevented any update to the job field.
Customers Impacted: Customers on version 13.1.
