Email Import

Archive Selected Email - Error when Archiving Imported Emails

  • Description: When you archived an email, an error occurred, and a System Issue error dialog was displayed.

Finance & Administration

Creditors Invoice - Costing Codes not Enabled on Jobs Appeared in Job Drop-Down List

  • Deltek Tracking No. 512970
  • Description: If a Costing Code was not enabled on a job, it still appeared on the job drop-down list.

General

Grids - Tooltips not Working on Some Pages

  • Deltek Tracking No. 512937
  • Description: When you hovered the mouse on cells in grids where a tooltip should be displayed, the tooltip was not displayed.

Error on Status Change

  • Deltek Tracking No. 512929
  • Description: When you changed a job status (via the job properties sidebar) or a price quote status (via the Price Quote page) an error dialog box popped up.

Jobs

Job Card - Settings - Basic Settings - Job Status Validation of Costing Code not Triggered on Price Quotes

  • Description: With System Variable set to 1, 2, or 3, when you sent a price quote for approval-approved internally or externally-the job costing code was not validated.

Reports

Jobs - Jobs List - Report 179 (Time Summary: Customer, Job, Employee Report) - Error when Printing

  • Description: When you printed Report 179, an error occurred.

Settings

Costing Code Setup - Client Access Tab - Column Added to Show Client Access for Selected Costing Code

  • Deltek Tracking No. 512820
  • Description: The column is added to the Client Access screen to show the actual client access for a selected Costing Code. You select the check box in this column to enable client access to a specific Costing Code.

    Now only when all of the selected codes (in the left grid) have access to the client selected in the right grid does this column show the field selected by that client. In this case, the tooltip for this column correctly indicates Client has access to all selected codes.

    When you select more than one Costing Code—and if the client access is different for each of them—the column shows no access.
