Calendar Worker Agent Can Fail

  • Description: If the Calendar Worker Agent has more than hundreds of weeks between the start and end, that might cause the agent to fail.

Dashboards

Databoards with Multiple Dashboards Switch Output
  • Deltek Tracking Number: 2046557
  • Description: When you access a dashboard that includes two or more databoards, each databoard widget shows the output and parameters of a databoard selected on another widget.
Sentry Error Triggered when Hard Refreshing Dashboards Page
  • Deltek Tracking Number: 2046609
  • Description: When you access a dashboard that includes two or more databoards, a crash error might occur.

Finance & Administration

Debtors — Debtor Invoices — Accessing Debtor Invoices Submodule Results in System Error
  • Deltek Tracking Number: 2027810
  • Description: When you access the Debtor Invoices submodule, a System Error (red error) is displayed.
  • Workaround before Fix: Restart WorkBook.
General Ledger — Journals — Copying Journal Lines with Attachments Results in System Error
  • Deltek Tracking Number: 2036613
  • Description: When you copy a journal entry line, including its attachments, and then duplicate the resulting new line along with its attachments, a System Error (red error) is displayed.
General Ledger — Journals — Selecting an Account in Journal Entry Tab with an Inactive Tax Code Results in System Error
  • Deltek Tracking Number: 2037256
  • Description: When you select an account with an inactive tax code from the Account drop-down list in the Journal entry tab, a System Error (red error) is displayed. The error is usually displayed for an American or Canadian Company that uses tax codes.

System Error Occurs when User Tries to Upload a File on the Root Folder

  • Description: When you try to upload an empty document in a Storage Provider’s SharePoint root folder and subfolders, a System Error (red error) occurs.

Invalid Time Entry ID Specified Error while Deleting Task from Daily
  • Deltek Tracking Number: 2019205
  • Description: Deleting numerous tasks from the Daily/Weekly view of the Timesheet causes an Invalid time entry ID specified error.
