Finance & Administration

Journals – Daily Journals – Using Keyboard Delete Key Deletes Values from Random Fields

• Deltek Tracking No. 1678153
• Description: If you press the Delete key on your keyboard when you have a line selected in journal entries, several values from different fields disappear from the line.
• Workaround before Fix: Do a refresh, and the values that disappeared are restored.

Jobs

Inactive Departments are Displayed in Parentheses on Invoices in Status-40 and Higher

• Description: When you view invoice lines that contain inactive departments, and the invoice is in status Approved Internally, Approved Externally, Invoiced, Invoiced and Booked, or Cancelled, the departments are displayed in parentheses.

Inactive Departments are Displayed in Parentheses on Price Quotes (PQs) in Status-40, -50, -90

• Description: When you view PQ lines that contain inactive departments, and the PQ is in status Approved Internally, Approved Externally, or Cancelled, the departments are displayed in parentheses.

Jobs List with Dimensions Settings (13) – Inactive Departments in Dimension Column are Displayed in Parentheses for Invoiced or Cancelled Jobs

• Description: When you view jobs that have inactive departments, and their job status is Invoiced or Cancelled, the departments are displayed in parentheses in the Dimension column.

Time & Expense

Whereabout – Editing Start/End Time Clears Out the Hours Column

• Deltek Tracking No. 1737726
• Description: If you edit the start time or end time of a whereabout entry, the value in the Hours column is cleared out.
• Workaround before Fix: Do a soft refresh to redisplay the recalculated value.
