Capacity – Company Holiday Calendars – Danish Public Holiday Cancellation

The Danish public holiday Great Prayer Day (Store Bededag) has been cancelled. To ensure that Company holiday calendars that you create do not include this holiday, you must manually remove this holiday from Company calendars. After that, you must manually refresh your capacity calendars to account for the extra hours that become available as a result of removing the holiday.

Note: For new WorkBook installations, no action is required.

To remove this public holiday from the WorkBook calendar:

1. Navigate to Settings > Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
2. Select the holiday in the Description column.
3. Click Remove Day in the grid toolbar. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
4. Click Yes to remove the holiday from the calendar.
