WorkBook Intelligence Online Help

The WorkBook Intelligence Online Help provides information about the features, dashboards, data models, tables, and fields that WorkBook Intelligence (WBI) provides. It also provides instructions for those who have Designer licenses for tasks that they can perform to customize dashboards.

What is WorkBook Intelligence?

WorkBook Intelligence (WBI) is an insights and analysis add-on to the WorkBook web-based application. It is delivered as a number of dashboards within the WorkBook Dashboards module, and it uses the existing iFrames functionality.

The dashboards that WorkBook Intelligence delivers cover a broad range of WorkBook functionality, including the CRM module; Finance module; Jobs module; and a dashboard that covers resource management, capacity, and time entry. Users who have a Designer license can add to these standard dashboards with designs of their own.

Each dashboard contains a number of individual widgets. Widgets can be numeric indicators, graphs, charts, or text elements that are designed to deliver data insights in plain language. In addition, each dashboard provides a range of filters, which allows you to filter information so that insights and analysis can be either broad or focused, based on the range of filters applied.
