Search for Jobs to be Archived

Use the Storage and Folders submodule to search for jobs to be archived.

To use the Job Archiving submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for jobs to be archived:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the jobs you want to view.
  3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Storage and Folders.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter text related to the job that you want to find.
