Document Templates
Use the Document Templates submodule to create or upload briefing templates that you can use for jobs, resources, pipelines, tasks, and contact job requests. Using templates ensures formatting consistency, convenience, flexibility, and accessibility.
Using Document Templates in WorkBook
You can use document templates in the following:
- The Resources tab of the resource information card
- The Briefing tab of a job card
Limitations
The document editor does not replace a full-featured text editing application such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Also, WorkBook does not guarantee that the document preview will produce the same output on print. You may have to edit the template as necessary if you want the printed output to display correctly.
To use the Document Templates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
