Delete an Email Template

Use the Email Templates submodule to delete email templates that you previously created.

To use the Email Templates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To delete an email template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the email template that you want to delete.
  3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Email Templates.
  4. In the grid, highlight the email template that you want to delete, and click Delete email template on the grid toolbar.
  5. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.
